About
Breanna Ferolla, LICSW- MA, CT, ME
Mental Health Clinician and Owner
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. My work centers on supporting high-achieving, caring, and hardworking individuals who often feel stretched too thin. If anxiety, blurred boundaries, or burnout are weighing you down, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own.
Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted by constant overthinking, difficulty saying no, or the pressure to meet everyone else’s needs. Others notice their personal and professional boundaries have eroded, leaving them feeling resentful, depleted, or disconnected from themselves. These patterns can be deeply ingrained, but with the right support, they can shift.
In our work together, we’ll explore the ways anxiety and burnout show up in your life, and begin creating healthier, more intentional boundaries—both internally (with your own thoughts and self-expectations) and externally (with relationships, work, and commitments). My approach blends compassion with practical strategies so you can begin to feel grounded, present, and in control of your own time and energy.
I believe resilience doesn’t mean “pushing through” at all costs. True resilience is about knowing when to pause, when to protect your energy, and how to reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. My role is to help you uncover these skills and apply them in ways that feel authentic to you—so that you can not only manage anxiety, but also prevent burnout and create space for joy, clarity, and fulfillment.
This work is an investment in yourself, and I honor the courage it takes to begin. If you’re ready to feel more balanced, supported, and at ease, I invite you to schedule a consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
A Bit more
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. My passion for this field began over 15 years ago, when I started working with homeless youth. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to helping people navigate adversity with resilience and compassion.
Over the years, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families facing challenges ranging from anxiety and PTSD to mood disorders and life transitions. Early in my career, I worked with families in crisis—often alongside the Department of Children and Families—where I learned how essential it is to approach therapy with empathy and collaboration. Later, I supported teens in therapeutic school settings, deepening my knowledge of executive functioning, IEP development, and strategies to help students manage both emotional and academic pressures.
I’ve also had the privilege of working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, neurodiversity, and identity exploration. My clinical interests have expanded to include supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and helping parents navigate the unique challenges of raising neurodiverse children. My personal connection to neurodiversity within my own family has only strengthened my passion for this work.
Today, in private practice, I bring together these diverse experiences to focus on what I feel most called to: helping people untangle anxiety, build healthier boundaries, and prevent burnout. I specialize in working with therapy-resistant teens who need a different kind of connection, and with adults and parents who are balancing countless responsibilities while struggling to care for themselves. My goal is always to meet clients where they are—with warmth, honesty, and practical strategies—so they can feel less overwhelmed and more empowered.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me outside with my husband and two daughters—snowboarding, biking, camping, or chasing our flock of chickens. I also love quieter moments, whether it’s working on a puzzle, crafting, running, or escaping into a good fantasy novel.
